The world's largest cruise ship left on its maiden voyage on Saturday. This cruise ship named Icon of the Seas of Royal Caribbean Group left from Miami. This cruise is built at a shipyard in Turku, Finland.

The ship's owner Royal Caribbean claims that on this ship people will get an experience which they have not even imagined.

Royal Caribbean Group says demand for tickets for this cruise was tremendous.

There are seven swimming pools in this ship which hold 40 thousand gallons of water. Apart from this, it has six waterslides and a carousel.

Royal Caribbean says it has the largest ice field at sea. Apart from this there are more than 40 restaurants and bars here.

There are 50 musicians and comedians as well as an orchestra on this ship to entertain the people. The ship also has a small garden named Central Perk in which real trees and plants have been planted.

A statue of a swimmer has been installed at the top of this park. The price of this royal cruise is said to be 2 billion dollars.

Ship builders say that this ship uses LNG which causes less pollution compared to traditional marine fuel. However, critics say that LNG is more prone to leakage.
